The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.   • Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
  • Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards

  • Java (7+ yrs)
  • Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Security, other Spring Technologies a plus (1+ yrs)
  • RESTful API development (3+ yrs) (Any language)
  • RDMS technologies
  • MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL (2+ yrs)
  • AngularJS 1.5.x (1-2 yrs) – Looking to rewrite to Angular 7/8

Must be willing to relocate or already in Lexington, KY. Opportunity to work remote 1 day a week after initial training and evaluation.

You will be a software trainer responsible for the educating new clients of our software product and providing a custom training per client. You should excel in problem solving and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them

  • Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts

  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, basic AR/AP, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
