With years of experience in O&P revenue cycle management on our side, you can count on the Nymbl Systems RCM team to get it right when it comes to managing your claims submissions, appeals, and payment posting. Get to know the people working behind the scenes!



Sandra Mora

Medical Billing Specialist Team Lead

Explain your job to a 5-year-old: I help with claim payments.


Experience: For the last 17 years, Sandra has navigated the realms of DME/HME billing, specializing in oxygen therapy & respiratory equipment. Her proficiency also extends to diverse areas such as enteral nutrition, feeding pumps,

incontinence, ostomy supplies, wheelchairs, hospital beds, and now orthotics & prosthetics. She was a DME medical billing supervisor for 16 years and has taken the team lead role for our Medical Billing Specialists team.


What Sandra likes about Nymbl Systems: "I love that my job welcomes unique perspectives, offers flexibility, trust, and fosters a collaborative environment with awesome co-workers. Our Internal RCM Team is comprised of brilliant individuals! I value the teamwork and support within our team; it makes a positive impact on our success. We are all in this together!"

Allison Woodward

Accounts Receivable Team Lead

Explain your job to a 5-year-old: I fight insurance companies! 


Experience: Prior to Nymbl, Allison was a Patient Care Coordinator at Advanced Ortho Pro in Indianapolis. Before that, she was an AR Specialist at Transcend Orthotics & Prosthetics in South Bend, IN.

What Allison likes about Nymbl Systems: "I love the “team” dynamic! Everyone is so very nice and welcoming, and they all seem to really love their jobs which says a lot about this company. I also love the flexibility and ability to work from home as my husband’s job has us moving A LOT."


Words to live by: “I don’t make mistakes, I make happy accidents!”




Cece Christopher

Reimbursement Team Lead

Explain your job to a 5-year-old: I'm a Medical Wizard, Harry! 


Experience: Cece really found her home in O&P about 5 years ago when she joined Active Life (Ottobock). She's worked in a lot of different positions and worn many hats at once. She's been on the front end, back end, and worked the last 2 years as a triple-certified practitioner as well. She

worked as a full-time practitioner in 2023 and it fine-tuned her knowledge of devices and patient care. In the end, Cece really missed the RCM side & is happy to return to it!


What Cece likes about Nymbl Systems: "I love that every day presents a new challenge to find my way through. I love the community and trust built between the teams and management and just the overall collaborative environment."


Words to live by: "Don't make yourself small for anyone. Be the awkward, funny, intelligent, beautiful little weirdo that you are. Don't hold back. Weird it out."




Dee Dee Atchison

Director of Billing and Compliance

Explain your job to a 5-year-old: I help get people paid.


Experience: Dee Dee has been in medical billing and medical software in one form or another for 25+ years. She's been in the O&P space for the last 12+ years.

What Cece likes about Nymbl Systems: "I love that we have built a model that incentivizes the Nymbl RCM Team to submit clean, correct claims that get paid the first time. Our customers can be confident in our passion for detail and delivering the services that will share success between our companies!"

Amy Blacklock

Billing Specialist

Explain your job to a 5-year-old: Sometimes people need help, and I ask other people to pay for that help. 


Experience: Amy brings 4.5 years of experience in O&P billing, and an additional of 6.5 years in experience in admin & customer support/service to Nymbl's RCM team.

What Amy likes about Nymbl Systems: "I like the culture – everyone is reliable and respectful, and I’ve felt from day one that I can go to anyone with any question, and someone will have an answer, or know who to send me to."


Words to live by: “Aut viam inveniam aut faciam.” I will either find a way, or I will make one.



Danielle DeLong

Medical Billing Specialist

Explain your job to a 5-year-old: I type on a computer.


Experience: Danielle brings 10 years of experience at with her from various positions including: RCM analyst, medical biller, customer service rep, and onboarding facilitator.

What Danielle likes about Nymbl Systems: "The simplified workflow, real time updates – it's very user friendly."


Words to live by: Not every day is good, but there's good in every day. 



LaNell Elliot

AR Specialist

Explain your job to a 5-year-old: Helping to provide a better quality of life.


Experience: LaNell brings 19 years of experience in medical billing with her, 4 of which were spent directly in O&P billing and 13 years of experience in DME billing.

What LaNell likes about Nymbl Systems: "I think Nymbl's RCM Service is a fantastic option for businesses who are really busy and need help."


Words to live by: Always stand up and take responsibility for your actions. It is easier to face the consequence now then to deal with them later.



Raquel Esquivel

Reimbursement Specialist

Explain your job to a 5-year-old: A giant puzzle.


Experience: Raquel brings 7+ years of posting experience in O&P field with her to Nymbl Systems.

What Raquel likes about Nymbl Systems: "I like that I get to do what I like (posting) from the convenience of my home. For me posting gives me the satisfaction of knowing something is completed."

Justin Howard

RCM Technical Manager

Explain your job to a 5-year-old: I help our team that helps our users make money. 


Experience: While Justin's career background started in sports, working in a gym for a church for almost 12 years, he now helps the Nymbl RCM team grow and helps wherever he can.

What Justin likes about Nymbl Systems: "As a Nymbl employee, I really like where our company is going and enjoy that we look to the future as much as we look at the present with our users. Everyone attempts to learn from the past, at Nymbl we take that seriously so we can make improvements as we continue to grow. As well as our team culture and the passion that everyone has in their role!"

Diane Konkus

Medical Billing Specialist

Explain your job to a 5-year-old: I help people get their booboo’s paid for.


Experience: Diane brings 16+ years of experience working in intake, authorizations, and billing with her to Nymbl Systems.

What Diane likes about Nymbl Systems: "In my short time here I can say the insurance look up in the system does save a lot of time. And I know the company is always working to make things more efficient for us."

Robin Paolino

Medical Billing Specialist


Experience: Robin brings 7 years of experience working for a DME company, beginning by working in the intake department before transitioning to the billing department.

What Robin likes about Nymbl Systems: "I love the team members, the willingness of everyone to share information, work together, and collaborate on any issue as it arises."


What made her interested in her career: "I always wanted to do something in the medical field since high school. After a lot of research billing caught my eye."



Stacey Sjoen 

Billing Specialist

Explain your job to a 5-year-old: I verify and bill insurances.


Experience: Stacey has been working in the field for 15 years. When she started, she worked in the lymphedema department at her company. She worked her way up to running this department before switching over to orthopedic billing, where she's worked for the past couple of years before coming to Nymbl Systems.

What Stacey likes about Nymbl Systems: "I like that everything is done in real time. It is very easy to communicate with one another."

Shila Young

AR Specialist

Explain your job to a 5-year-old: I help people make money.


Experience: Shila brings 15 years of experience with her to Nymbl Systems after working in pharmacy, hospital, and government settings.

What Shila likes about Nymbl Systems: "I like that Nymbl takes the RCM processes very seriously, ensuring quality work is being produced and benefiting our customers in the best way possible each and every day."


An interesting fact about Shila: She was born on Christmas and has a twin.
